On the website we show the sales price both including and excluding VAT. During navigation, the sales price excluding VAT is shown in orange followed by the sales price excluding VAT in grey. The sales price including VAT is automatically calculated based on the shipping address.
Are you having the order shipped abroad? Then the relevant VAT rate of that country is used.
Are you having the order shipped abroad and are you using a valid VAT number? Then the rate is adjusted to 0% and we will transfer the VAT to you. Read more about transferring VAT here (in Dutch).
